I live in Ohio, but will be working in Michigan for the week. I'm having trouble finding info for CCW in a vehicle in Michigan. Can anyone steer me or provide info. I have an Ohio CCW permit, and looking if it is okay to carry concealed in vehicle. thanks

The answer to your question is "YES" Michigan honors all CCWs from all 50 states, just remember if you get pulled over by a law enforcement Officer advise him you have a CCW and a weapon and present you permit along with your drivers license ASAP.

I would check with the MSP, dont take our 'legal' advice. Document who you speak to. Packing.org and ar15.com wont get you out of trouble.

better yet, read MI laws. Lots of MSP officers may or may not know specific gun laws.
