I visited this afternoon. Although about 20% of the vendors had yet to set up, none-the-less - I found some interesting items.

There are 2 vendors with extensive AR merchandise: one appears to have onsite gunsmithing. Another fellow (beneath the "Big Boy" sign ) has a good selection of AR accessories. The same fellow has very reasonable pricing on bulk ammo of whatever caliber might be of interest to you.

Firearms I viewed but didn't purchase:

AR180B NIB - $599
UZI 9mm IMI with folding stock NIB with 25rnd mag - $795 (should have given this one a good home!)
Bushy M4gery (A4, railed handguards, ect...,) for $995
Otherwise, pricing on complete AR's varied greatly: some guys still had "pre-ban" pricing, while others had "adjusted" to the reality of the marketplace.

Although I wasn't there for very long, and dealers had yet to finish setting up their tables - I didn't think the visit a waste of my time.

Damn - I should have bought that IMI UZI - but I thought it better to simply stock up on some bulk ammo instead.

For those of you that attend the Mason show, you should REALLY check out the vendor beneath the "Big Boy" sign. I've been doing business with him for at least a couple of years, and he's ALWAYS! treated me right....

.02 cents....

Enjoy the show!

I went yesterday afternoon as well.  Not everyone was completely set up yet, but there was still a decent selection.

I almost bought an SAR-1, but I don't know what the heck I would do with it...  The dealer selling it had a decent selection of other AK types (wasr 10s and a couple milled receiver bulgarians that looked REALLY nice) along with some decently priced name brand AR 15s in a series of different configurations.
There were still a few cheesedicks selling well used 'pre-ban' ARs for 1200 bucks and 150 dollar G3 mags.  Aside from that, things weren't too bad.

Edit to add - paddle3, i didn't see a bulk ammo table?  where was it?

Lokt -

The vendor with the bulk ammo is set up by a wall underneath a "Big Boy" sign. Along with ammo, he's got some AR accessories at pretty fair prices. As I noted - I've been doing business with him for the past couple of years, and have always found him to be quite reputable in his business dealings. Actually, I hardly ever buy my bulk ammo from any other vendor. He's one of the "good guys."

I bought some small parts from him. A friend bought a Colt barrel and some of them A1 triangle hand guards for a A1 carbine build.
