I like snow, but I'm ready for Spring. This was my back yard this morning (Knoxville).

They just had to come up with an excuse for letting everybody off on Friday since the rest of the week was shot. I bet the folks that make the call still have to work. The schools may have off but typically central office staff still must work. If they call a delay, school staff are still required to be there on time. They make the call on reson of safety. If a bus slips on the ice and gets into a fender bender with kids on board the news would be all over it. |
