I will be visiting from North Carolina this weekend and need some help on the laws. I will have a pistol in my possession and was wondering what the laws are in the great state. In North Carolina we have to keep the pistol on the seat while traveling or on the dashboard. The pistol can remain loaded at all times.

Do you have a permit? If not it needs to be unloaded and the ammo needs to be stored separately. See here for more details. |
