I havent had a chance to check out any fun shows lately and was just wondering if anyone knew what these were going for nowadays. didnt know if it would be worth just keeping or getting rid of. Saw one at the Nashville show, last weekend, with (If my memory isn't off) a $499 pricetag. Too much for a .22 like that, in my opinion. Especially one made of pot metal. I really enjoy mine, but I got it for close to $400 new (If I'm remembering correctly). I can't see anyone buying a used one for more than $350 or so when other options such as the S&W ar22 are only $399 brand new. |

A while back, I was looking at the dealers selling parts kits and flats. While AK parts kits and receiver flats were fairly inexpensive (at least they were, a few years ago, I haven't checked lately), "flats" for the semi-auto clones of the MP5 and MP5K were $200 to $250, and the parts kits were $800 and up. Is it just that anything resembling any of the variations of the MP5 has to have a ridiculous pricetag? Or does it extend to H&K in general? |

There were 5 GSG5's at the show for sale that I saw from individuals alone. That did not count the new in the box one that one dealer had. LOTS of the new Sig and S&W 22's at the show.
Down side is the parking is totally inadaquate and the bathrooms have NOT been cleaned since the factory closed! Also like in Europe if you are brave enough to use the bathroom you best have your own toilet paper because there was NONE in the bathrooms! This was not the weekend to have a runny nose and needing toilet paper to blow it. |
