Ok, sounds good. I'll have to get my AR-10 sighted in again for under 200 yards. Thanks for your help, otherwise I'd not have a shotgun for the heavy metal class.

Magazine carriers are optional but highly recommended. I would say 1-2 Pistol would be the minimum unless you're shooting a single stack 45 then you will need even more. Rifle mags can be carried in the pocket a little easier. I'm bringing a loaner 870 SG for Bob and you're welcome to shoot it also. |
When I shot my first couple of matches, I just stuck my mags in my belt & went on. Not very tacticool or pretty, but it did work.  If you're close to Nashville, there's several places you can buy mag pouches before the match. Even the Fobus pouches for $20 or so will get you by & do just fine.
