I'm having to evict some gang-bangers who don't even have a right to be in my apartment (the true lessee apparently invites them in) and my wife is so scared of them she went to her mother's to stay for a while. I do plan to stay away from the apartment until the sheriff handles the eviction. My wife already contacted our local police to inform them of the threats levied against me and to ask for extra patrols. I know they shouldn't step foot in my house but how about the yard? I live at least 7 miles from them in a different county in a neighborhood where they won't fit in. If they are less than 1 mile from my house I know their intentions! Any way to get restraining orders on John and Jane Does? I sure could use some help from the Guys in blue! |

I've heard some absolute horror stories from landlords trying to evict tennants. one crafty individual would have some "guys" do a dynamic entry on the house .round up all the people inside and carry them out to the lawn , board up the place and let them go . he said that was the only way to get rid of squatters. I doubt that its legal but its an option
