In case anyone missed it, the wonderful lad who was charged with the Opry Mills shooting was re-arrested last week. Seems that the authorities paid his "home" a visit to check his curfew. Lo & behold, they found his momma toking on a joint, found yet another gun in his bedroom & more pot there as well.  WHY is this POS out on the streets, first of all? Why is he not locked up pending trial? Is shooting inside a public mall no longer considered a public health threat these days?  And yes, I'm holding my breath on columnist Dwight Lewis to condemn the acts of black gangbangers in one of his Tennessean columns instead of pleading for more gun control............

Seems like there would/should be some physical evidence from the crime scene? How did this asshole get fingered as a suspect anyways? Was it all based on eyewitness testimony?????? Whatever happened to being arrested for carrying for the intent to go armed???? Not to mention, being under 21 & carrying w/o a CCL?????? GD, I know I'm dense & all, but WHY wasn't this asshole not kept under lockdown the FIRST GD TIME??????????????? |
Because the CJ system is FUBAR when it comes to juvies, especially the the thuglets in Nashville. Hell it's just as bad in Rutherford County. All of the retards get is just a slap on the wrist and back out the door. I had some illegals kid who was 15 get in a pursuit with me, no DL, No Insurance, Felony Evading, 56/30mph zone. Went to juvie court on the little shit, he got probation for 6 months....  Juvenile law was for the bygone time when kids did stupid, not violent shit. It was to give them a second chance and learn from their mistakes and not be penalized in their adult lives. Now days we should treat them like adults if you act like an adult. I also arrested (2) SEVEN YEAR OLDS for Burglary and Theft over $500 when they went into this person's house not once but twice over two days and took their PS2, GBA, and a bunch of games. I marched their little thuglet asses right into juvenile detention in handcuffs too. |
