i have a friend in TN that says it is unlawfull to carry a CCW with a round in the chamber.

Oh, and technically, in Tennessee, it's not a CCW, it's a CW. It does not have to be concealed, although that normally is a good idea. Why ask for problems.

And our CCW in principle runs 180 degrees to the 2nd Amend of the COTUS.

BTW, I do have a CCW and just renewed, but it still bugs the crap out of me that I pay for the God given right.
