| 3 gun match , huh? That would be pistol,rifle, shot gun,correct? This would be interesting what with me and my Rem 1187 slug gun and a Bushy 24" varmint gun! The handgun dept. would be well taken care of, just deciding which one to bring would be the hard part. Maybe Tesnevo would let me barrow his RRA carbine.What kind of ammo would I be looking at amount wise? I'll look into my scheduling department, I think my wife has to work that weekend. No clue about "any more this year" but the date of 6 Feb has been confirmed. If you've never seen these matches, they're the most fun you can have with your clothes on! You may start a stage with a shotgun, fire 10-12-14 rds, switch to sidearm to complete the stage. Ditto for AR/long gun. The list 5 stages for this match. I'd say 100rds per gun minimum would be what to take. You can always take home what ammo you don't use, no? I'll try to post a web site in the next day or so. |
I'm sure there's plenty of cheap motels i nthe Tullahoma area. Keep in mind this IS on a Sunday!!! If I (might) take the next day off, you can crash here, I've got a sofa bed for ya. |
