I bought a couple items from the online store a few weeks ago and only half of the order was filled.
I have sent two e-mails regarding the missing hat and have not received any response. Who do I need to contact to get this resolved? I thought that I would keep this out of GD for all of the asshattery that goes on there. hu |

I sent 2 e-mails to [email protected] and an IM to goatboy.
The im was last night so I'll give it some time. I'm hope I get a response on that one. I don't know if it is on back order or not. That was the question I sent.. |

It seems our emails are not getting to you, but we have responded to both of yours. The hat you ordered is on backorder until the end of June. Only black is currently available in your size, so we can either switch to black, keep it on back-order, or refund you for the hat. I just found out today that the Boonie Hat availability has been pushed back again... this time into August. I would be more than happy to cancel your order, or can keep it on back-order if you'd like. I sincerely apologize for the delays. We have sent several emails out to you, but it appears you are still not receiving them. Have you checked your Spam and junk mail filters for emails from us? |

I checked to make sure my e-mail is correct in my profile, which it is. I have no earthly ideal on where to find the filter that you mentioned in hotmail. I get all the spam email about pill that make your dick hard and making money at home surfing the internet, but none from AR15. I did get a couple of new letters over the past couple weeks or so.
Just keep me on the list and send it when ya'll get them in. I might be best just to update this thread. Thanks for all your help. hu |
