Yellow pages under "plastics -retail and wholesale". "Boltaron" is a competitors version. Makes holsters about as well although I havent used more then 4 sq. ft of Boltaron I got as a sample.

Is some one making a holster?  I'm a novice holster maker who would appreciate any direction a pro could give.  I have never ventured away from leather, but Kydex would be an interesting first attempt.

I have played with Kydex a bit, made a kydex press and so on. I got all mine off the internets.

Kydex is pretty easy to to mold. The hardest thing I found was to cleanly finish the edges. I stopped making holsters and pouches for the most part a few years back, but I've still got a pile of kydex sheeting and BladeTech techloks left over.
Off the top of my head, in addition to the kydex, you'll need:
An oven or large toaster oven
Sheet metal snips ( I prefer the spring loaded ones)
a drill with different sized bits
Wood dowels and thin wood sheets for making sight channels and block outs for the attachment points
Packing tape for attaching the wood
Hardware, either t-nuts  or rivets
Decide whether you want to buy or make your belt loops/J hooks/techloks etc
Some closed cell foam for the press/molding
Some plywood wood for making a press
Sandpapeer/sanding belt/buffing wheel etc.
I'm sure theres more you could buy if you want to get into it, but that'll get ya started.

I didnt get real fancy with my stuff, but after buying a FAL mag pouch I was so unimpressed with the quality I looked into just making my own and came across a DIY sheath tutorial on assualtweb.net

Thanks a ton, I have all that equipment plus.  I will seriously look into doing my left handed holster for my compact XD-45 (sucks that nearly no one has them) using Kydex.

McMaster Carr.   www.mcmaster.com

Probably not the cheapest, but that is where I get mine.  Their shipping is as reasonable as you will find.
