I hear there is a Sporting Clays range in Grantsville Utah. Can anyone tell me the name and contact information? Are there any other Sporting Clays ranges in the Salt Lake area? thanks |

Big Shot Ranch has a wonderful sporting clay range in Grantsville. Unfortunately they are no longer open to the public, you have to have a group and book your time, you just can't go out there to shoot. But it is worth it if you can get a few of your friends. They have 12 stations and it really challenges you. I shot there last Thursday. You can also shoot your rifles and your handguns if you go. They have a buch of pop up targets, and rifle range that can go out to 300 yards. Just gather a few people, I would be interested in going, and we can call Bruce (co-owner) and set up a time. They have a really nice clubhouse, you can make it a day outing, and shoot everything you own. I hear there is a sporting clay range somewhere by the Lee Kay Center, I am not sure where and I do not know the name. |
| They are also having a grand opening on the 29th of this month. It is the same day as the gun show. To get out ther all you have to do is take the 1st Grantsville exit go south down the road about a mile or so, take your 1st left (going east) follow the road for a little ways and it is on the right side of the road. |
