I built a G3 clone that I want to have sand blasted and parkerized. Does anyone know of a good place for gun refinishing in the Ogden area?

I don't know of any "good" ones around here but if you want top notch work, send it to Derek @ AZEX arms in AZ. You'll find a link in the Industry forum. He does excellant work.

I'm doing coatings right now but haven't got my park setup together yet.
Just putting the finishing touches on my shop and should be ready to start parkerizing by March.

Hey Carbine, how much would you and your dad charge for a sandblast/park job on an AK? I'm here in Provo going to school and the finish on my Maadi is okay, but a refinish might be kind of nice. You can IM me or answer whichever you like better when you can. Thanks

Thanks for all the advise. And thanks for the offer Carbine_kid. I found Lee's gun shop in Ogden that will refinish it for $50.
