FFL dealer debited my account for SBR on 061509.  I understand it takes about 4-6 weeks for it to transfer from dealer to dealer.  Should I expect to wait longer for my dealer to call, or should I start inquiring?

Form 4's to the ATF are running a little bit longer than 4-6 weeks right now...4 months is more the usual wait time at this point as they are over worked.

A quick status call to the dealer should be fine.

Form3s are 4-6 weeks, Form4s are 6 months still.

I would be patient, it will be good practice for you waiting for your form 4 to clear.

Here is my wait time as of now....

Form3 submitted:  03-25-09
Form3 arrives at FFL:  05-06-09  (6 weeks)
Form4 CLEO sign-off submitted:  05-07-09
Form4 sent to ATF:  FORM4 - delivered at 4:33 PM on May 17, 2009 in ATLANTA, GA 30353.

Check Cashed:
Form4: 05/20/09

Forms Returned:
Form4:

6 months = November 28, 2009 from time of check cash by ATF

This is exactly what your pic shows...tin foil hattery.

They arent over worked, but the reason for the hold up is not them, its the FBI.
