Anyone here happen to own anything from them?  I am looking at getting a lower at the next PDX show, and was just wondering what ya'all think of their products.

Butted heads with the owner last year. He was a dickhead thus I tend to steer people clear.

There are too many other mfgs for stripped lowers to screw around with some asshat that thinks he is the only ar lower game in town.

You can get lowers shipped for around $100 and trnasfers for $10 (pawn shop in beaverton iirc).

Good luck with whatever you choose and welcome to the forums.

I examined a lower at Dual Smoking Gunns and it looked OK to me.  It had some ergonomic grip that was a little too sticky feeling for my tastes.

Cape, what was the issue if you don't mind my asking?

Oh, and block that metaphor!  (butted heads... dickhead... asshat...)

I've got a couple of them and they work fine.  No troubles.  Yes, you can get cheaper, and prolly better, but they work fine for the job they are supposed to do.  I haven't had to deal with their CS so can't make any comments on that side of things.

Hey, just because I work in the gayest profession in the world right after hair dresser doesn't make me, uh, nevermind.

Aren't his just Superior or Stag lowers anyways with his name on it?

Never dealt with him off of here, but my dealings with him IN HERE were less than pleasant

Too many local folks who would order for you, let alone the multiple board vendors who sell quality stuff that will ship to the FFL of your choice.

As Cape said, ask away!  That is one of the best things about the HTF.  You won't have to wade thru knee deep crap to get your answer.  There is a ton of knowledge in here and it's all local.

I picked up a pair of Bang Arms lowers at the January gun show in Portland. The mag well is a little off, mags work fine but my Hahn 9mm mag block doesn't fit

Next time I'll probably just order some Stags or sumthin...
