[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question about purchasing a gun
Posted:

I was wondering if I would be able to purchase a gun FTF with someone in WA or if I would have to go through a FFL in order to do it?
Thanks ahead of time.

Buy it from him here in OR. No state law (that I'm aware of) requiring an FFL for that. BSW

Far as I know your not supposed to do personal transfers to people out of state but I could be wrong.
But theres always the fact if you dont ask. But if you drive to WA get it and drive back to OR I think thats illegal.
(please someone correct me if im wrong!)
