He just finished my house on the athens side of walton.. I had bought the lot and contracted with him to build the house, youre gonna get sticker shock when you shop your plan around. Be prepared to pay over $100 a sq. ft. For a nice house. Mine is about 2100 sq ft ranch with a three car garage and a small building in the back for lawnmowers. Its on a slab with 4 side brick and finished very nice, granite, vaults, etc. |
