Are you planning on breaking it down in containers? We have a LDS cannery where you can buy #10 cans reasonably. Past that restaraunt depot in norcross if you have a biz license or sams/costco have competitive prices.

LIke others said, any H Marts, Hong Kong Supermarket on Jimmy Carter east of I-85, any Chinese or Asian market or grocery store. I buy the 25 lb bags, easier to carry home and the rice don't sit around too long. :)
