I don't see in the regs where it says I can't but want a second opinion.

Can you use modern firearms to harvest hogs during archery/primitive weapons deer season?

Thanks, still new to this state.

Any firearm is legal for feral hogs and unprotected species, but only on private land. On state lands, WMAs (page 41), and Federal lands (page 66-68), you are limited to small game arms and PWs unless otherwise noted, or a specified firearms hunt. Best to check regs before going.
