I spoke with the new Red Hill Range owner today. The machinegun shoot is set for Saturday, Nov. 21 10am-4pm. From 12-1pm it will be suppressed guns only.
"The shoot is open to any legal firearm. Suppressor Shoot from Noon until 1 PM. Vendors will be available for machine gun rentals and ammo sales. Lunch is available on site. There will be giveaways, demos, and more!" Guns & Gear is handling pre-sale of tickets: http://www.tacticalgunsandgear.com/product-p/2015mgmad.htm Red Hill Range is located at 2208 Toms Creek Rd., Martin, GA (near Lavonia). [No financial interest, just passing the info along.] |

I hope there's a range left with all the tannerite they're setting off. I'm close to 10 miles away and the explosions are reverberating through the building. I thought it was thunder at first. Iraqiveteran8888 is holding his annual youtuber shoot there today. ETA: From the sound of it that may have been one of the largest volleys of tannerite going off ever, can't wait to see the videos. |

All I can say at this time is this: the cars we shot up at the April Suppressor Shoot will need to be replaced. |

So I wonder if the new owners will drone on endlessly on the PA? Used to drive me nuts. It was like Jonestown. https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSafsbPaNSC2tlWmQNQ1CAYk8sktlDXyoNX-G1Aj7G0UJ8sEmISmA "...getchoo a Bowston Buutt to take home..." |

I jut noticed the 10am start time. Can we arrive before then or is that literally gates open at 10am? Or does this mean shooting starts at 10am? Shooting starts at 10:00.. I generally get there about 8:30 to set up and make sure I have a spot on the line, where I want to be. |

Quoted: Mr. Phillips purchased it not long ago. It will mainly be me and Mr. Cooper of Guns and Gear on the mike. And that will only be to announce hot and cold, raffle winners, and reminding people to eat lunch Just bought tickets for the wife and I online, now to decide what guns to bring. Haven't seen Mr. Cooper since we pulled a woman out of a burning car a few years back (haven't seen him post on here in a while). |

Quoted: I'm going to start packing now. ![]() I just loaded up the truck, had to narrow down what I was bringing to keep it manageable. But I'll have my M1 Garand if someone really wants to try one, other than that just some AR's and my wife's .22. Just for shits and giggles, threw my two safe queens in in case anyone wants to make an offer on them, CMP H&R M12 .22 (but can't find the CMP paperwork right now) with Redfield International rear sight, and a Spanish FR-8 Mauser. |

Quoted: >200 attendees! I'll get some pictures posted soon. Had a great time, was wearing my Arfcom hat in hopes of meeting more people from the HTF, I had my stuff stacked right in front of the Guns and Gear booth beside the center entrance to the firing line, with the spotting scope and the two camouflage painted AR15's. Only ran into a few, though. |

Only ran into a few, though. I saw you. I think we talked a few times, but did not exchange names or usernames. I was set up just to the left of the center range entrance with my FA FAL, Uzi, and the big can on the Mauser. |
