Just wondering where a good place to order 2 new tires for a vehicle. I have a Ford Expedition I need to get some work done before my daughter has surgery, so I need to get some times by the beginning of next month.

Depending on where you are....

McNabbs in Rockmart

Reece Tires in Summerville.

I live in Acworth and drive to Rockmart because Mac is awesome and has the best prices.

I am out of Savannah, but will travel a short distance.

Tire Rack has a warehouse in Midway and you can pickup from there, if you have someone to install them.  That may be the cheapest route.  I recently (last week) bought tires from Savannah Tire, who price-matched tirerack.com, but added a $10/tire "price match" fee and added about $45/tire for installation and disposal of old tires.

Look on eBay for the tires you want from discount tire direct. Take the price to discount tire and they will match it. They even gave me $5.00 more off per tire.  It's the same company.

How the hell can they call it "price matching" when they meet the competitor's advertised price and then tack on an additional fee? I would've told them to pound sand.

Because they know lots of people rolling into savannah tire are comparing to Tire Rack, which is a drive down to Midway and back so the extra $40 will be burned, if not all in gas, in gas plus pain in your ass so you won't fight it.

That's my opinion, anyway.

I always find the tires I want and shop around for the best prices. Most tire shops try to push what ever their house brand is off on you.

I have a certain tire I am looking for. So far Tire Rack has had the cheapest price. I also asked Savannah Tire and they said they are going to check and see if they can match it or not. So we shall see what they have to say.

I usually buy from Discount Tire Direct.  I bought a set of wheels and tires for the price of tires for my Juke back in April.

Out of Atlanta and they have many promos.  I just bought tires and wheels and the mounting and balancing was free.

Thanks everyone for the input. I called a bunch of places around the Savannah area, and Tire Rack was the best price with free warranty.

I always go with Discount Tire (with promo codes) or Costco.  Costco includes lifetime balancing and rotation.
