I just read the comments, I had no idea my firearms were 22 times more likely to shoot me or someone I care about in the head than they are to defend me and mine from an aggressive intruder. 
Guess you'll be seeing my stuff in the EE, can't be having disloyal firearms around my loved ones. |

Guess you'll be seeing my stuff in the EE, can't be having disloyal firearms around my loved ones. The price has got to be right if only for the sake of getting them out of his house as fast as possible so Holiday can protect his family from disloyal firearms. 
I have used another means to protect my family, I lock my bolt back on my ARs, slam the magazine home while releasing the bolt so the AR is cocked but the mag doesn't seat in time to chamber a round. Next I place the firearm on Fire (it thinks its loaded) beside the nightstand and watch it during the night to see if it tries to fire itself. If by morning it hasn't dropped the hammer on the firing pin onto an empty chamber, I know its a loyal firearm and I can keep it. So far I have been very very lucky (even with AKs) over the last 40 years that not a single one of my firearms has been disloyal attempting to shoot me or any of my family members! 
Oh yeah, anything CPL doesn't take, I call dibs

I may end up a statistic in that study, but I can't help but think my toys are my friends. TH talked me out of selling...for now.
It appears the comments are being deleted, still some gems for our side of the argument but all new ones. Need to archive that webpage before they take it down and write an article just the opposite of the results. Then place an add in the paper with the actual results just for shits and gigs. |
