I would imagine they have an exemption I'm not a judge, but I don't read in the O.C.G.A. where there is a provision for a non-medical exemption unless it was delivered that way from the factory. I doubt it was though since I usually don't have a problem seeing the officer in any given police car. I'm just bitter from having a couple of tint tickets back in the day. My current truck doesn't even have factory tint. |
