Guys I need help!

My girlfiends daughter just broke a large plexiglass hatch cover that goes on my sailboat. The part is no longer made!

Where can I go to get a replacement made? It's a square sheet with the center bubbled up into a curve.

Thanks.

I'm thinking custom aquarium guys could make it easy but I dont expect it to be reasonable. Alternatively you could find an off the shelf part and mod it to fit the hole.

Mahogany etc with a plexiglass insert might be easier.

Find a local plastic welder?

Heck I would JB-weld the thing.

Give someone at Maxim Skylights a call.  All their polycarbonate domes are made to order.  It ain't gonna be cheap, but they should be able to hook you up.

I'll give those places a call this week.

Is there anybody local that does such work? Doesn't have to have the bubble in it. but one side needs to be curved.
