| Less than $100.00, want it to email pix at time of capture , lighting is very good at all times, doesn't have to be covert style, 120 volts close by. Want to be notified when deliveries are made at parents home while they are away now and then. Driving over is becoming a PIA. Protected from weather, don't want to be running wires everywhere. For your purposes, I would go with a Foscam. They can usually be found for under $100 and do all that you mention. I currently only have the indoor models, but they recently released and outdoor model if you don't have a window or covered area you could mount it.
