Palmetto State has Federal Gold medal on sale for 2.99 for 50 rounds. 5 box limit. I ordered my 5 boxes earlier. $21 (incl 7 shipping) for 250 isn't great, but beats not having any.

Is that $40 a brick? Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile Yeah, 500 rounds, it was about $25 a year ago. This is true and i am waiting for it to come down to more reasonable prices myself. But this is a good start. A few months ago these things were $10 a box when you could find it. Now it is $2.50 a box. That is a big step in the right direction. Once availability picks up i dont think it will stay very high in price for long. Personally i am holding out for a few cases of CCI standard velocity. I am sure i will be waiting for a while. |

| I fig if I can pay .37 for wolf .223 I don't like it, but what choice do I really have. Then I can pay .07 for whatever 22lr, again what choice do I really have. I was usually getting sk at the price the garbage going around now is, but I just like to shoot. I don't do competitions so whatever makes them tin cans jump right now is good enough for me. |
