I've been wanting a pistol caliber carbine for awhile to use with my 45 Osprey.  Well, I saw this yesterday when I went to sell back a gun to fund fixing my motorcycle, and went back today and traded another gun for it.  Of course, I ate some of my motorcycle-fixin' budget making it "tactic-cool."  But at least I already had the EOTech.  Can't wait to get my Osprey on this!  I see SBRing it sometime in the future!

Both are good lookin toys, but I gotta say in this case smaller is better. Lol. Go for the SBR, if you decide now looks like it'll be damn near a year before you get your wish anyhow so why wait? As soon as I get my trust finished I'll be $200 poorer with nothing but a wait time to show for it. Well, a lot more than that if you add the suppressor to it...

I can't wait for my pistol caliber carbine. I have a G17 pending that I'm going to put in a Roni chassis and run my Tirant on. Should be a hoot.

Its a Just Right Carbine (or JR Carbine).  The cool thing is they come in 9mm, .40, or .45.  But if you buy any caliber, and spend some extra money, you can convert it to any of the other calibers by using the appropriate mag well, bolt, and barrel.  So I could potentially take my new 9mm carbine that uses GLOCK mags and convert it to run .40 with GLOCK mags, .45 with GLOCK mags, or .45 with 1911 mags.  Plus, it will accept a bunch of AR15 accessories.

I took teh JR Carbine to the firing range at work this morning and sighted in the MagPul MBUIS and EOTECH.  This thing is fun to shoot!  Afterwards, I broke it down for a cleaning and found it to be nicely assembled.  I think this thing was a good value.  The only thing I didn't like was that there is no last round bolt hold function.  Oh well.

25 yards, kind of rapid fire...

Finally got the fixed barrel spacer in for my Osprey and took it out this morning at work...

Yeah, but I like the ability to easily switch calibers if I choose so, and the fact it uses GLOCK mags.  And the price! lol
