Been a while since I've sold anything here, had a guy email me Sunday night saying he'd take something. Emailed him back the same night, haven't heard from him since, emailed him twice more with no reply....how long before I report him as a welcher?

Screw that, Just email him saying he has a certain amount of hours to get back in contact with you, or else you will move to the next person. Covers your ass from looking like a wiener.

48 hours is my maximum if I didn't set a limit up front. But most of my listings include payment and response time frames. I say "Winner must provide payment within 7 days, and respond to emails/PMs within two days or the deal is considered a default."

You can get the Moderator on the EE to assist you. They will cancel his account and ban him if he doesn't respond to them in a reasonable time. They are there to help people in your situation.
