Great video. The lesson he teaches about knowing your Soldiers/Sailors/Airmen/Marines/civilian employees is a very good one. I hold that lesson very near and dear. You made that very clear with our interview. And to be quite honest with you, about 40% of it made it to the classroom (no one's fault but the teacher's criteria.) But all 100% of was to my own benefit. |

He may have given this presentation over and over, but one thing is apparent he knows life stories of those Airmen and their sacrifices. You can tell he truly appreciates the men and women in command. In one of his other videos he tell a joke about a hunting dog and how it relates to general officers. He says he had a world class hunting dog, named Sarge. He invited a friend of his to go hunting for the week. During that whole week his buddy called the dog General, and he never corrected him. He said about a week later he had a realization that his dog was in fact a general. All it did was sit on its ass and bark. |

What made it to your classroom does not bother me in the least; knowing you, seeing your potential, and knowing your goals, I gave that interview with you in mind. I'm glad to hear that you saw a benefit. |
