Picked up my Spikes stripped lower this afternoon. Tomorrow I'm planning on shipping it off to Ident Marking Sevices to have he trust name put under the trigger guard.
I've named my trust a simple Initial, Initial, Last Name Trust, Roswell, GA. I know it will fit that way. Planning a 10.5 barrel with a 9" Troy Extreme Alpha rail to go with my 16" barrel and 11" rail BCM. I've already got the LPK and MOE Stock from the PSA sale last fall. Now I just need to decide: 5.56? 300BLK? Used mostly for indoor range shooting, although I just secured a deer hunting opportunity this fall and would like to take some classes someday. I'll see if I can put together some pictures. ... |

Build to 300. 6 months! Holy crap.....I am 1 week in ![]() One month in on a 300? When I picked up the lower yesterday the ATF was at SS; annual inspection. They said every three years a bunch of firearms and explosives producers have to re-certify. This along with having lost several inspectors, will keep the wait at six months for most of the year. Next year should be better.... Next year. ... |

Build both uppers. That's my plan. Be ready for a long damn wait. I'm about 4.5 months in, and 3 weeks ago the ATF CS rep told me to plan on mine taking a full 6 months to come back. Who knows how long it will take to come back from now. Good luck! Yes, I am same as you 4.5 months and they said mid april I should have it. So your right 5.5 to 6 months at best. |

| You need to install a LPK first and make sure everything functions correctly prior to sending it out....you may also want to make sure that having it engraved there is within the cloudy ATF regulations. I thought there was something about having to have it plainly visible, which of course is can be interpreted differently. |
