Well I think hell just may have frozen over or at least gotten close.
Saturday afternoon my wife asked me if we could go and shoot my AR. WTF???!!! I couldn't believe it. No she isn't an antigunner. I gave her a good once over inspecting for bumps on her head and to see if she had her body replaced by the body snatchers. All looked well. We jumped in the 2500 and headed to our private range. I sat out my steel silhouette and showed her the basics of the controls. The very first shot she nailed the silhouette in center mass. I couldn't have been happier. She was impressed as I was with her marksmanship. She even made a remark about how much the rifle didn't recoil. She said she liked the ringy noise the target made. I let her shoot until her her heart's content. She is ready to go back. I have been after her to go shoot with me for over a year. When I get out of the stand this Saturday we are going again. I have turned another to the dark side. Sorry Jeep I don't have any pics of the wife. |

If she like the soundof tthe ssteel getting hit you should mention to her how much more she could hear if you had a silencer

Well I do have a Scar H. I just have to buy the proprietary mount for it. I sold my last one with the other rifle. |
