Always remember you get what you over-pay for... fixed. Doesn't seem like you're getting what you paid for if you're bitching about them

More info? Aren't they like Maaco? They are all about numbers and making the insurance company and the corporate big wigs happy... They make you happy by a fast turn around time but and the cost of poor repairs and mediocre parts...
These people are like Wal-Mart when they come come to town... Cut out all the little men ( local dealers and vendors ) and screw all the current employees... |

Always remember you get what you pay for... No they did real body work rather than replace everything. I paid more in labor and found a mint door at a salvage yard that saved $1000. You have had a chip on you shoulder about this all along. How could you possible know what quality he did? You sound like a union body shop employee or something. The shop I took it is a one man shop and he has been there since the 70's. This is the second car he has worked on for me. |

I was speaking about how Gerber Collision saves money...By doing half ass work... |

The one on 41 in Kennesaw screwed a friend. They took months, couldn't source parts that he had to go find for them, shoddy body work, shoddy paint, etc.
His insurance company cut him a check and the truck was taken from Gerber before they had a chance to screw it up further. |

I had work done on a 06 Volvo S60 last year at the Decatur office. Replaced the back driver door after an uninsured illegal backed into it + paint. Good work, turn around, and service. The office personnel were very professional and kept the time commitments they obligated themselves to. Wish I still had the guys card. He was good people. |
