Does anyone know of a local source for screw in sling studs?

I want to put a bipod on my Remington 597, but it does not have a sling stud to attach to. I have been told and verified that it has a reinforced area to use one with wood screw threads on it, like these.

Local..... As in geographically - where specifically?

Walmart has had them here in Tifton.... The internets is a good place to get them (they appear on your doorstep - can't get more local than that) as well....

Sorry, i'm in Cumming.

I'll check with WalMart tomorrow. I would order them online, but hate paying $5 to ship a $2 screw.

I'm pretty good with a sling.......   Wait, what did you say again?

Pannells and deer creek had a bunch last time I was in there. Nicks or eds or whoever it calls itself today had a pretty good selection as well. I found stainless ones to match the 5R in there. 1-1/4 ones too. Rare indeed...
