Hello Atlanta Folks. My wife needs to stay near Emory for a few days. The lodging at Emory is a bit pricey so I found two places at these addresses. Are these addresses reasonably safe places? Super 8 –– 917 CHURCH STREET, Decatur, GA (near the Decatur Cemetary) Microtel –– 1840 CORPORATE BLVD ATLANTA GA (close to North Druid Hills Rd NE and Buford Hwy) Thanks for guidance. |

Quoted: Super 8 is probably a better bet. Church St in Decatur is OK. North Druid @ Buford isn't bad, either, but the traffic getting to/from Emory from that location will be nuts during rush hour. Good point about the traffic. I've heard the ATL traffic can delay a person getting to and from places. |
