What is your opinion?  Has anyone done Business with them?

Good guys.  Cliff and the bunch run a first class shop.

I purchased a gun from them 2-3 years ago at a good price but haven't had a chance to get up there since.  I've called a couple of times in the interim and their prices were way higher than comparable shops closer to me so I never had a reason to go back.  Good experience with my first purchase, though.

Cliff is a good guy.  It's about the only place I'll shop.  Prices are decent - you'll probably find it cheaper if you spend time looking, but he'll cut you good deals if you're a repeat customer.  I wouldn't count on phone quotes.  Their phone rings non-stop with people price shopping - go there in person and make a reasonable offer; that usually works.

I bought my GSG5 from them.

If you get invited to look in the back room where all the neat stuff is you will find most things you could want.

Pleasant counter guys and sold me what I wanted quickly.

But that being said I still laugh over "somebody" telling me how to modify the fake can on my brand new not even out the door rifle....

I've bought a number of guns from Cliff over the last couple of years. Always great service, and when you're a repeat customer you usually get really good deals. Dixie Ammo Dump is easily my favorite fun store.

Cliff is a good guy.  That cmshoot clown that hangs around there, well that's another story.

Most dealers get crappy wholesale pricing and laughably small margins.  Considering the paperwork overhead, competing on price with a Bud's Gun Shop, or a shop where they managed to get big-shop pricing when they really aren't is a one way trip out of business.  And I should know.

Reading this thread reminds me that the gun market is chock full of people looking for deal-Deal-DEALS !  Most every customer we had that fit into that category was the worst most high maintenance problem child god I hope they never call again customers.   I don't blame dealers for giving short shrift to those customers.

Yeah, those bastards that shop around for the best prices are the death of the gun industry.  Why don't they just fork over whatever the gun store asks and be on their way?

Cliff is a good guy, and great to deal with. I have not been to his current shop though. I will have to go check it out sometime.
I know in the past he very helpful and willing to order what ever you wanted.

He is referring to the equivalent of someone who would want a discount from me because I pre-configured a router offsite making it now "used".   Hardware of any kind is a hard business.  I work out of reimbursement only on hardware and charge for service instead to try to avoid it and I still get it.
