| Anybody got a spare DSL modem sitting around? Turns out that ours decided to die and of course it was out of warranty. ATT was wanting 75 for a new one. |

Yea just tell them you are going to cable. That worked for me.
If the speedstream doesn't work for you let me know. I have 3 or 4 of them and you can have any of them. They are all from AT&T and worked when removed. Only problem is I am in marietta. Work down town ATL if that helps. |
| I've only been with At&t since 2008. They offered one for $40 as opposed to 75-100. I need one quick because of some work that I have to do before Tuesday night so I may just have to bite the bullet and go buy one locally. I emailed a few locals from craigslist that had a modem listed but I haven't heard anything back yet. |
