So let me get this straight, you want an upper, you want it local, you probably want to do something that will make yourself feel good about it afterwards right? Monday memorial day Joe at creekside will be auctioning off the daniel defense (local) upper that ikickhippes secured for the auction. The money raised will go to a little girl who's father was KIA. There is aready a $300 bid. I would recommend you put your $1000 bid in on it. |

With all of the companies out now, for a DI gun I'd go with a BCM, Daniel Defense or LMT in that order. Noveske is another but at a higher price bracket.
My current carbine is an LMT that's been running great. It is pretty slick with a 14.5 barrel, Blackout welded on and a DD 12.0 FSP rail. I was saving pennies for a BCM but the shop had the 14.5s show up and I couldn't resist.. |

Or an LMT upper. Tons of Bushmaster and LWRC. /Mike |
