traded my sig 522 for a Romanian SAR-1 with a draganov stock, walnut stock, 120rnds of ammo, three 30rnd mags, one 5 rnd mag, and a soft case to throw everything in 
Got done cleaning her up tonight, and i want to throw on the Tapco intrafuse set (so it looks like the AKs on COD MW2) Last time i had an AK, it was a CIA Yugo model...this one is different, and im curious about the back end of the reciever....what do i need to do to make it fit the TAPCO set on it? There is this little overhand built in that screws down on the stock.....(see pictures) I guess my ultimate question is: If i go buy a Tapco T6 stock, will it bolt right up to this? (kinda pissed TAPCO shut it doors to the public, otherwise id walk it up there)

The best part about putting the Tapco collapsable stock on an ak, is it makes it easy for younger kids to shoulder and fire when you take them shooting. My 9 yr old doesn't have a problem shouldering an ak with the stock collapsed. I agree with the one that kicks me, s30, etc... I have a Tapco collapsible stock on my Maadi because none of the fixed stocks fit my monkey arms (The Russians are not a short crew. I don't get the stock length). Oh, and it helps with adjusting for clothing. I DO still try to keep an AK looking like an AK, but shit, I need to USE the thing. I haven't tried optics on an AK yet. I will once I am sitting on one with a mount that lets me see the irons as well. The Maadi doesn't have a side optic mount. Yeah, the SKS tacticool thing does strike me as odd. |

You rotate it 180 degrees and it slides off. I had to stare at it for a while before I got it too. ETA: Exactly why I don't want a rail up there. It... moves. |

That first site shows the BP-02 mount that is centered over the bore...think im going to get that Now if i can only find a cheap red dot sight that is the same size as LaRues miniature sight (to match the MW2 red dot sight) |
