In Jackson County the Judge does not require LEO's to seize firearms. Hall County does. Hall County sent a copy of TPO wanting Jackson deputies to go to a home in Jackson and take possession of firearms. TPO was not given to me, after I stated I would no like it if some one tried to take my firearms based on one persons complain to get a TPO.
