I need to find somewhere to do something fun with this girl this weekend. HEHE that sounds bad. But anyways, she wants to do something outdoorsie. LIke some kinda festival or something. Does anybody know of anything in the smyrna area or anything worth driving out to?

The Cumming Fair is this weekend as well. Also, in Dawsonville, there is the largest Kangaroo farm in the world next to Austrailia.

Come to the fair in Cumming. It's going to be cold so you can snuggle up on the rides. I have to work the damn thing like 16 hours each day.

North Georgia is where it is at this month! It is Goldrush something or another in Dahlonega this weekend and there are TONS of places to camp around there if that is an option.

Thanks guys. I was aiming for Oktoberfest in Helen or the Scottish Games. We are going to take our dogs to the dog park first for a run around, then drive up to where I work and go to the Corn Maize in Hickory Flat.

we ended up going to a Corn Maize up near Canton. It was actually a good time. We did the corn maze and got some hot chocolate before taking the hay ride to a bonfire. At the bonfire, they provided you with sticks and marshmallows for roasting, and you can stay till they close. Sounds corny. I thought it would be corny. But it was a good time.
