No. They create potholes on purpose to reduce the amount of cars in a certain area of the city. If too many cars are spotted on a certain road, a pothole is dug in the road to make people seek alternative routes.
I wish the city would pay for potholes...but that would make the city bankrupt.. Oh wait.... too late. |
