on site machine works which is essential west georgia tactical....not sure if I would consider it metro atlanta, I made the drive.

So I paid the 30 bucks for a pound and went outside and asked Jess if she would go in and buy a pound as well. When she went in the girl said "you were just in here with your husband, he got a pound of powder I cant sell you one." Jess was flabbergasted and said no she wasnt just in with me and in fact that she stayed in the car while I came in and now she was in as a second person wanting a pound of powder. The girl argued with her for a moment and Jess asked "So if a group of guys came in each guy wanted a pound of powder that you would not sell them each a pound but would only sell one guy one jug", the girl said yes. After that situation occurred I have vowed never to step foot in there again no matter how close they were, and no matter what I needed and I would not recommend them to anyone in the future. I have also found their prices to be high as well. Their prices on new Glocks is a higher sticker price than I can walk out the door at 400J&L after taxes for. They are imposing limits on purchases, when they had 380 ammo in stock they would only sell you one box at a time. I simply dont condone their business practices and so I wont shop their in the future. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. With all that being said I did purchase my first firearm from them when I turned 21 I bought a Taurus PT945 in Stainless. |

I agree, I will never give David's my business either. They are overpriced on every gun I have ever looked at by 20%, they have very stupid rules on buying ammo that they don't disclose on the phone and then stick you with when you drive all the way the F out there to get it. They are on my permanent ban list for good.

and yes, I agree they're prices are higher than most. Ive always been a tire kicker there. let me tell you my favorite; Eds in Kennesaw. during the AWB, asked about a collapsible AR stock on the shelf, cant remember what he said about it; not for sale, other customer's something. dude then proceeds to tell me theyre banned, but could get me one for $200. I stopped him right there and asked if he really thought I was that stupid, and did he not think folks new anything about the ban or the interweb AR parts vendors, or the SGN at the grocery store that's replete with AR parts vendors. Guy essentially responded yes, they indeed play of the customers stupidity in order to make a large sale if they could get away with it. |

I am conteplating using the engravers at peachtree Ind blvd across from the Hilton he says $20.00 to do my lower .
There place is about half mile after the split ( Holcomb bridge & PIB ) on the right. Its a trophy place but not sure how good they are but will stop in 1st and check out there work. Now if anyone knows of a place other than "davids gun room" they have used close to there I would check them out to. Davids is high and the lady can be "harsh/mean" but the guy "scott" is great and will help anyone who ask's. Gazaway does good work but dang he is far up 400 and traffic sucks !! |

It was late September 2004.....dude tried to get me to buy a preban Oly SGW AR for $1500. The ban had sunset, and it was common knowledge. He kept playing on the AWB, saying that only prebans (man'f prior to 1994) were the only ones that would be allowed to have the evil features after the AWB was reinstated. That and the used Glocks for $600 steered me away. Place was a shithole. Have never been back. |
