I see to recall the Blair-Holt / SB-2099 bill coming up in the HTF not to long ago, but I cannot find it at all using the search tool. This is the one requiring people to list firearms on their 2009 taxes.
Could someone point me to that thread, or any layman-readable information on this bill? EDIT: Apologies, looks like this is also trafficking as H.R. 45 in this thread. Assuming they're the same thing (Blair Holt), looks to be dead in committee. |
