For all those poor bastards that live in California, would you still need a bullet button since it can still take a 30 round magazine? I love crossbows because they are quiet, accurate, and have way more penetration then any handgun cartridge. However, making one to fit an AR-15 lower is stupid. Just buy a regular crossbow if you want one. No sense in having to buy a $300 lower as well to use sometimes. Strange... |

I just did a search online, and they want $1300 for just the upper!! Add in a $300 lower if you don't have one, and you are in the Colt, LMT, and Noveske range for a real AR-15. That is BS. You can get a very nice crossbow for less than half that amount that is complete.
I'd be surprised if they sell a good amount of those. Probably not. |

I saw a great youtube video of this thing, and it does have some awesome features. Things like a stealth crank. You can crank the winch to pull back the bow portion in total silence by holding the ratchet mechanism on the side. Very cool. And you can de-cock the bow portion without having to fire the weapon. That is something most crossbows cannot do.
But the price is the problem. Make the price $600-700 and it would attract a lot more buyers. |
