Not trying to sell anything on here, I know the rules. Just want an opinion/ useful comment.
Ok, I have a KAC RAS with all the covers (9 I think), vertical foregrip, roll up deal etc. It's all NIB, not a scratch on it, never been mounted. Bookhound (PSI) has the rail w/ 3 covers for $323 , covers are $20 each, VFG is $65 or so. The best offer I can seem to get for all of it on the EE is barely $200 shipped. Are these things plentiful and worthless or what? I'm just stumped... wait for it....a snide comment from Outsyd will follow soon I'm sure... |

I think people are buying things that are likely to get banned more so than accessories right now. I think the asking price of those KAC rails is absolutely insane. I built my rifle up how I wanted to and spent all surplus funds on ammo. I guess I went the "cheap" route and bought a Daniel Defense rail for $200. |

There is a LOT of counterfeit KAC stuff on the market. Most looks EXACTLY like real KAC. A lot of guys won't buy KAC stuff from anyone other than a trusted retailer for that reason. My experience anyway. Thanks Mark. I'm trying to pinch pennys and sell off whatever is collecting dust so I can get an Evo from you. My XD is on the way with a barrel in the works. |

MAN ........ check this out ... I found my witty snide comment to make over on GON ... but I couldnt do it .... Ive been in so much trouble of there for my antics they have threatened to ban me.
BUT I was going to add to my posting in your thread ......to the guy asking about the price drop ....... It wouldnt make a difference if you saw the old price cause you are still going to offer less than the asking price. |

I had a guy on GON pitch a royal fit after he backed out of a confirmed deal. I left -1 feedback, he went to the admin and it went from there.
People aren't nearly as bright over there and sell some real junk. I did quote you as I was closing that thread. Hope you don't mind. |

Man I am all about having fun and laughing .. come shoot with us and you can find that out quickly. You know I am expecting a -1 over there ..... I screwed the pooch ... I told a guy I would buy something if he could hold out till a certain day .... he said no prob. Then I get an IM from him saying hey look i cant get together on the day we had set and I had so much other shit going on I just never got back with the guy .... so I am expecting a -1 and Ill take it and accept it ... i screwed the pooch. |

Nahhh not bringing anything..... I need a rear iron for my rifle right now .... and since I am gonna RO more than anything I dont want my shit floating around...... while Im on the other side of the line .... know what I mean? But if you want Ill bring it with me if you want to shoot it a couple of times and see the difference the can makes.

They're hard to sell used because so many are stolen from arms rooms and combat zones. Not saying yours is stolen, just saying there are lots of them that haven been reallocated.  That's the truth. I was one of those burned by that "campy" MFer in the EE.
All I got for my money was a "Thank You" and an NCIS hat - the hat wasn't even made in USA! I still purchased another as I like Knights and I already had the SAS fixed bottom rail for the RAS, but I stil feel the burn. |
