I've been wanting a fun toy and something that will be cheap to shoot when 9mm, .45 and .357 is hard to find. Here it is, the Archangel.

This kit goes on a basic Ruger 10/22 and will accept any accesories that will will fit a std pic rail. I added a 30 round mag and need to get a red dot for it. I bought a BSA red dot to put on it, but it's for the skinny rail that some .22's and air guns have. I'll get one to fit the rail tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow I'll post better pics and a range report.

Looks like some kind of crazy Carbon-15 had sex with a 10/22

Is it that carbon material or are my eyes wacky?

I laughed when I read that on the package too.

I just wanted a fun .22 to plink with, but normally get bore with them. I figured that this way when I get bored with it I can play different acessories and change it up some.

Adam, glad it went on well. I hope yours was easier than the one I did.

You can bring the red dot back and we'll see what else we have.

It went together fine. The hardest part was lining up the pin holes on the extended mag release.

I took it to the range this afternoon and test fired it with a borrowed Aimpoint. It ran flawlessly. I'm going to keep the red dot and pu tit on my daughter's air rifle.
