you didn't hear it from me but you can also find the entire dvd set online it's very tough, my roommate was supposed to be doing this with me but dropped out after the 2nd day. |

you can download them, try limewire.....
i have it, love it, just started week 1 yesterday, for the second time....it is an ass kicker....i made it through 10 days, before i broke a rib and had to take some time off. Now just started, puked half way through chest and back. first week i lost 8lbs in 6 days....i'm was 5'10" 178.....6 days, 172, and sore....10 days 169....then i'm back up to 179 after 2 months off to heal/travel. it will kick your ass, but is worth it...and it is real.... ps. that was with only slight diet modification. light beer vs the diesel. |
| I have the DVD's and tried it a couple of months back. I tried the chest/back routine and it kicked my ass! I was sore five days later! I have been running on my treadmill for just over a month now consistently and will try to incorporate the P90X routine. Its no gimmick, it will work if you try hard enough. |

yeah...if you can stick with it...it's great. I just find i travel a lot and miss days and it's hard for me to keep going and just skip. I like to do them.
I was running 2-3 miles a day for about 30 minutes and It did get me in shape a little better, but lost no weight. I needed sprints and more like an hour of straight tread mill. Just doesn't get your body working like P90x. |
