My best advice:
Get two full trusts notarized [the 10ish page one] and three certifications of trust [the 4-5ish page one] notarized. That way the next NFA item you want you don't have to worry about printing and getting another one notarized again and you have spares. store them separately. Fill out two form [1 or 4, I'm not sure what you're doing], include a notarized certification of trust, the declaration that you're a US citizen [not sure what it's really called] the check for $200 and I think that's it. Someone smarter than me will be along shortly hopefully. |
