If I plan to go to Florida with my SBR and Suppressor what do I need to do besides carry my paperwork.

I am going to visit the rents and my dad and I are going to shoot in a match in ocala.

You need an approved 5320.20 to cross state lines with NFA.

No, that's not the proper form but -x- has directed you to the right form.

It's not to much trouble. I have traveled with my NFA several time to MG shoots around the SE.

It needs to be approved before you travel.

It's been several years but the last time I did it you could fax the form to them and they would fax the approval back to you to expedite the process.

Check state NFA laws, some you can cross into with your class 3 items without the 5320.20

I know when I go to drill in Alabama it is no problem for me to take my suppressors but I could not bring along my SBR without a 5320.20.

I thought that Alabama is not SBR friendly

They arent but I was told as long as I got an approved 5320.20 it would be fine. Of course I could have recieved false information. Silencer are ok but 10.5 inch barrels are evil. Explain the workings of an NFA lawmakers brain and I'll give you a million dollars

Take everything logical and put it on the left side of the paper, then on the right side, twist it so it makes sense to someone that has no idea about the subject, and yet at the same time is opposite of the logic on the left side of the paper.....  I can accept Checks, Master Card, Visa
